Gram Panchayat / Local Community:-
 | The goal and objectives envisaged for "Swarna Andhra
Pradesh" cannot be fulfilled unless the School Committee with support of the local
Community / Gram Panchayat prepares a perspective 5- year habitation education development
plan. |
| The children who are out of school including child labour, school drop outs and
non-starters adult illiterates must be enumerated under the Habitation Development Plan. |
| Depending on the local conditions, strategies to achieve specific targets of
enrolment and to achieve adult literacy must be included and monitored periodically. |
| School Committee in cooperation with the teachers must promote
and improve the infrastructure and other facilities in the School by mobilising local
resources.

| School Committees must up measures, to provide a proper climate in the
institution for congenial educational development. |
The School Committee should actively involve themselves in academic and all
constructive activities of the institution including promotion of extra-curricular and
co-curricular activities.
